Request deletion in the app or contact us without reinstalling it.

Request in the app
Sign in, open Privacy & accessibility and choose Request account deletion. Confirm the request. You can track it and cancel while it is awaiting processing; your account is not deleted immediately.
Request by email
Email info@theotherbook.io from your registered address with the subject “THE OTHER BOOK account deletion”. Include your handle if known. Do not send passwords or verification codes. If you cannot access the registered email, explain this so we can arrange a proportionate identity check.
What happens next
We verify the request and process deletion of account and associated service information, subject to applicable legal, security and dispute-retention requirements. We explain relevant exceptions when responding. Recipient-controlled copies and backups may not disappear immediately. The Privacy Policy explains retention and your other rights.
